Role Description

As Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining the ecommerce website portfolio and multiple storefronts. You will ensure that the website portfolio is managed according to best practices, enabling a seamless digital experience for our customers. Visually and technically, you will maintain and optimise each site in line with seasonality, campaigns, brand and marketing messages.

Working with external and internal resources, It is paramount our customers have an optimum digital experience at all times. You will use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and prevent operational issues, as well as manage integrations, APIs, etc.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure the store is merchandised according to brand and promotional requirements, merchandising buying schedule and that all content is uploaded according to the specified timeline.

Taking a proactive approach, you will contribute to the business’ revenue targets and goals, whilst also meeting or exceeding your own.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the online shops and websites in line with seasonal activity, campaigns and collections
  • Maintain website performance (speed, load times etc. and monitor operational issues and troubleshoot
  • Execute the activity plan across desktop, tablet, mobile devices to gain maximum visitor attention and drive sales and margin, improving average transaction size, and order frequency
  • Merchandise all products to maximise sales and site aesthetics, within brand guidelines
  • Support the Operational and UX digital manager using web analytics tools to monitor the performance of all the key metrics feeding back key insights and opportunities to improve performance
  • Manage all onsite content and make sure the sites are aligned with SEO best practices
  • Undertake full site audits, ensuring all current stock is displayed online correctly
  • Undertake regular online competitor activity reviews to understand the marketplace and environment
  • Manage global assets, product details, pricing, shipping etc.
  • Build campaigns including landing pages
  • Management of all storefronts (domestic and international)
  • Merchandise sites
  • Execute all on-site promotions
  • Support onsite personalisation activity
  • Support email communications
  • Monitor and maintain site performance
  • Enhance sites to best SEO practice

 

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships within a team
  • Technical abilities across Shopify, Hubspot and Google Analytics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a collaborative team environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and continually meet tight deadlines
  • Alignment with AFG culture, policies, and personnel procedures
  • Relevant qualification in Digital development software or similar
  • Experience in an eCommerce position
  • Experience using shopify
  • Mac literacy
