We’re looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to lead paid digital marketing across key channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through full-funnel campaign strategies across both Skechers and Dr. Martens.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role suited to someone who thrives on data, testing, and continuous optimisation. You’ll work closely with Brand, eCommerce, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure campaigns align with trade priorities and customer goals.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce and operating as an individual contributor, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end — from audience targeting through to landing page experience, in partnership with the digital team. You’ll also help shape SEO strategy and ensure paid and organic activity are working in sync to maximise results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and customer growth
- Build audience segments and use our CDP (Amperity) for precision targeting and remarketing
- Manage Google Merchant Centre and optimise product feeds for Shopping performance
- Partner with brand and ecommerce teams to align campaign execution with trade calendars and customer journey improvements
- Deliver actionable reporting and insights via GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards
- Test and iterate on creative, copy, placements, and formats for continuous performance gains
- Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices
- Stay across industry trends and platform changes to keep performance efforts future-focused
KEY SKILLS
- 3–5+ years’ hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns in ecommerce or retail
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopping feeds
- Experience managing six-figure budgets across acquisition and retention campaigns
- Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and digital performance KPIs
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering ROAS and efficiency improvements
- Collaborative and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Passion for digital performance marketing, customer behaviour, and driving results
