Through our Bondi, Cronulla and online stores we provide exceptional service and a standout experience to our customers.
Based in our Bondi studio store, we are seeking a full time E-commerce + Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the daily dispatch of orders, customer service, inventory management and working alongside our team to meet our company goals. We work closely together and are passionate about our product and the industry. You will have exposure to the workings of a growing brand and local manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and processing of orders and returns for our online store.
- Managing the intake and return of inventory between our Bondi and Rosebery store, maintaining stock integrity.
- In store education focused customer service at our Bondi store. The client experience is based around education on our brand ethos, fits, fabrications and upcoming collections.
- Responding and resolving customer enquiries via email, instagram DMs, over the phone and in store
- Management and organisation of stock within the Bondi studio, ensure best sellers are restocked and sale stock or non performers are managed to maximise space.
- Monitor and report on website metrics across Shopify, Loop Returns and Starshippit freight services
- Monitor and report on stock levels in best sellers and signatures
- Support head office team across integrity in product enrichment (descriptions, imagery, care instructions), inventory and merchandising of product across key collections. Manage online view of sale stock that is sold out.
- Coordinate stocktake with operations manager.
- Organise and maintain a clean and process driven workspace.
- Assist head office team to identify and manage VIPs
- Manage stock online including correct product tagging and SEO Optimization.
- The successful applicant will possess-
- Experience in fashion retail customer service and / or an online dispatch environment
- Basic Photoshop Skills for handling retouching and resizing imagery preferred
- Experience using Shopify
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational / time management skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and passion for all things digital, fashion marketing & advertising
- Excellent attention to detail across order fulfillment, quality control and packaging.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to self-manage, show initiative and effectively meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
