Role Description
Friends with Frank is a Melbourne-based fashion label, renowned for its elevated designs and exceptional quality. We cater to customers seeking staple pieces with enduring style, offering head-to-toe outfitting both in-store and online.
We are seeking an eCommerce and Warehousing Coordinator to join our team on-site from our Richmond warehouse, 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfillment of DTC and Wholesale orders
- Fulfillment of influencer gifting
- Coordination of store and third-party stock transfers
- Coordination of inbound bulk deliveries
- Warehousing inventory management
- System administration tasks to support stock management
- Handling customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Processing online returns
- Ad hoc Shopify admin
KEY SKILLS
- Organisation, accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills for complex/fast paced projects
- A car and Australian driver’s licence
- Available to work Monday every week and 2 other days most weeks
- An interest in fashion is preferred!
