Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Ecommerce Assistant to join our growing Marketing & Ecommerce Team at Leo Lin.
The role is split into a range of responsibilities meaning no day is the same, and professional creativity and drive is rewarded!
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
- Ensure the LEO LIN sites are always up-to-date and fully functional.
- Regularly audit the site to identify areas for improvement and ensure it aligns with best practices.
- Ensure website content is regularly updated and aligns with marketing activity.
- Daily update of product tags via FourSixty.
- Creating new Shopify Collections and merchandising in the Fast Simon platform as needed.
- Regularly executing Sale Markdowns in Shopify + Indigo-8.
PRODUCT UPLOADS
- Manage seasonal product uploads for all upcoming collections and ensure merchandising is optimised.
- Attendance of photoshoots where needed for ecommerce assistance.
REPORTING AND MONITORING
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly ecommerce reporting.
- Collaboration with Customer Service on customer feedback, fit responses and returns information.
- Delivering Faulty Report to Ecommerce Manager weekly.
- Monitoring OOS & unfulfilled order reports.
WEBSITE IMPROVEMENTS AND PROJECTS
- Provide support in executing tasks across eCommerce projects, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.
- Regular and robust testing of ecommerce functionality especially within project timelines.
- Attendance of all web development meetings with agency and involvement where needed.
- Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure optimum customer experience.
- Collaborate and liaise with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Service teams as required to support the successful delivery of key projects.
TEAM COLLABORATION
- Provide occasional support to eCommerce Customer Service Assistant in peak periods.
- Provide ad hoc support on shoots where needed.
- Demonstrates a proactive can-do attitude.
- Works collaboratively within and outside of team to achieve business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Shopify and has a solid understanding of website functionality.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on making data driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management interest.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
