Role Description

We are seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to join our growing business and drive our ongoing eCommerce expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the website, ensuring site content is always accurate, up-to-date and the best representation of the brand
- Maintain and improve the performance of the platform, ensuring customer experience is optimised and sales revenue commitments are realised
- Implement our ecommerce strategy, pursuing best practice techniques to increase customer engagement and conversion rates across our various platforms and marketplaces
- Work with internal and external teams to enhance the user journey and drive conversion.
- Report on website performance using analytics and performance information.
KEY SKILLS
- An affinity and eye for detail
- A logical decision-making approach and a can-do attitude
- A keen interest in the digital landscape, business commerciality, web analytics and SEO principles in relation to content management
- A passion for our category and eCommerce
- An agile, committed, self-driven and resilient approach to work
- A Customer focused collaborative mindset with a strong approach toward communication
- Ideally 1 year eCommerce experience, however we will consider the right person who is seeking to forge a career in eCommerce and is looking for their first role.
