The E-Comm Manager is responsible for the success of our online sales channels and for ensuring optimal engagement and conversion of customers to sales from our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the management team to ensuring our digital strategy is in line with overall company vision and targets
  • Collaborating with the Head of Brand and the National Retail Manager to ensure that our overall customer experience and journey is aligned and consistent.
  • Lead, facilitate and optimise LF’s online store to meet and exceed revenue, conversion, profit margins and sell-through by category targets
  • Working with our Brand and Marketing team to ensure that our website content and flow is engaging
  • Working with our Merchandise team to ensure the right products are championed to achieve sales targets
  • UX leads to maximum conversion rates
  • Product Management – ensure sold out product is hidden from site/ all product is uploaded correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with web developer(s) and the Brand and Marketing Team for website updates
  • Meeting online sales targets
  • Reporting on website traffic, customer engagement and conversion and implementing strategies to meet growth targets
  • Defining and implementing the e-Comm strategy for the LF brand and leading and facilitating the growth of our online customer database.
  • Collaborating with the Brand and Marketing Team on digital content, photoshoots, graphic designs, etc.
  • Devising and leading the digital product roadmap and implementing any innovation and digital enhancement in collaboration with external service providers.
  • Working with the Brand and Marketing team to strategically prepare and schedule EDMs as well as set up automated flows for customers to drive traffic to our website
  • Working closely with digital agencies and the Brand & Marketing Team to ensure all paid advertising on social media and digital platforms meeting our target ROI
  • Optimising and directing customer flows from social channels to our website
  • Optimise our google ad-word spend and SEO

 

KEY SKILLS

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital marketing for a retail / fashion industry
  • Proven track record of optimising digital channels and online sales
  • Experience with Shopify e-commerce
  • Experience with social platforms including instagram
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Committed team player
  • Great energy and a positive attitude
  • Developed commercial acumen
  • Works well under pressure
  • Is flexible and adapts easily to changing circumstances
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
