Role Description
Rowie is seeking a strategic and detail-driven eCommerce manager to join our growing team.
This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our online experience. You’ll lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, working closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a seamless, high-performing customer journey – locally and globally.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in both creative and analytical spaces, understands what it takes to scale a direct-to-consumer fashion business online, and brings a thoughtful, brand-aligned approach to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the ROWIE website (Shopify), ensuring it’s always aligned with brand and customer expectations
- Drive online sales growth through SEO, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimisation
- Collaborate across teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaign rollouts
- Analyse key performance metrics and share insights that inform business decisions
- Oversee our ecommerce tech stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, third-party apps)
- Continuously improve the user journey through best-practice and A/B testing
- Support international growth through regional merchandising and localisation strategies
- Contribute to CRM, retention, and loyalty flows in partnership with the Marketing team
