Role Description
We are on the lookout for an organised, detail-driven and energetic Executive Assistant to join our incredible Support Centre team on a 12 month contract.
This role plays a pivotal part in keeping our business moving by supporting three key members of our Leadership Team. From coordinating high-profile programs and diary management to facilitating offsites and major events, you’ll help bring structure and efficiency to a fast-paced, people-first business.
As Executive Assistant, you will be the glue that holds our strategic and operational rhythm together. Working with up to 3 Executive Leaders, you’ll provide high-level administrative support and be the force behind the smooth coordination of key leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars, across time zones and priorities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of high-impact events, workshops, and programs.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless travel, catering, and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing communications and follow-ups with care.
- Anticipate needs and take a proactive, strategic approach to time and task management.
KEY SKILLS
- Previous experience supporting executive leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in diary management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and expense handling.
- A high degree of discretion, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A natural collaborator who can juggle multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and competing demands.
