ALLFENIX is a fast-growing global activewear brand, and we’re looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across activewear, swim, contemporary womenswear, and accessories. You’ll be responsible for design concepts, product development and ensuring our collections stay ahead of trends. Key Responsibilities
- Design: Contribute to the development of seasonal collections, ensuring brand identity and commercial success.
- Product Development: Oversee the design process, from concept to final sample, across apparel and accessories.
- Graphic Design: Create t-shirt graphics and textile prints (strong graphic design and basic drawing skills required).
- Supplier & Production Management: Communicate daily with suppliers, ensuring quality and fit standards are met.
- Fittings & Construction: Work closely with the garment technician to refine fit, function, and performance.
- Trend & Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, analysing customer demand and competitor positioning.
- Project & Team Management: Manage timelines, sampling, and workflow while collaborating with the team and Creative Director.
KEY SKILLS
- 5+ years of fashion design experience, with expertise in activewear, swim, contemporary womenswear, and accessories.
- Strong technical knowledge, creative vision, and the ability to execute designs at a high level.
- A strong design eye and deep knowledge of garment and accessory construction, fabrics, trims, and hardware.
- Technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Graphic design skills with experience in t-shirt graphics and textile prints.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
- Excellent organisation and time management, ensuring tight deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Confident communication skills for supplier interactions and team collaboration.
