Role Description
We’re on the hunt for a creative and organised eCommerce Coordinator to join our head office team in Newcastle. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for product uploads, EDM campaigns, and everything in between, helping bring our online store and accessory ranges to life across Fayt and Glazey.

Key Responsibilities
EMAIL MARKETING
- Plan, build, test, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in line with our marketing calendar.
- Manage Klaviyo automations, customer segments and flows.
- Brief in creative assets and ensure campaigns are on-brand, engaging, and conversion-driven.
- Use customer data and insights to personalise communications and refine segmentation strategies.
CREATIVE DIRECTION AND CONTENT CREATION
- Design campaign assets, social media graphics, website graphics, and EDM visuals (Canva).
- Assist with e-commerce photography shooting (no previous experience necessary).
- Select imagery, edit in Lightroom, and work with external editors where needed.
PRODUCT AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
- Upload and merchandise products on Shopify.
- Write product descriptions and collection copy.
- Update website banners, info pages (like FAQs and shipping), and promotional visuals.
- Regular website audits.
STRATEGY, RESEARCH AND REPORTING
- Stay across digital and fashion trends to inform new digital campaign ideas.
- Analyse campaign and flow performance across email and SMS.
- Report on wins and learnings, identify optimisation opportunities, and test new strategies.
- Be the in-house go-to for Klaviyo, and SMS platform functionality, ensuring best practice.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in an eCommerce, digital marketing, or content-focused role (fashion or retail a bonus).
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), Canva, and Lightroom.
- Solid copywriting and editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
- Proactive, organised, and ready to own your role.
