Based out of our Head Office in Ballina in the beautiful Northern Rivers (Byron Bay Region) of NSW, as the Head of Department (HOD) for Marketing, you deliver the Biologi Vision & Values to all customers.

You will lead the end-to-end Digital Marketing and eCommerce function by developing and overseeing the implementation of world-class, omnichannel online acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies. You will manage and own all Digital Marketing and eCommerce assets, relationships, risks, and other aspects of the brand and business.

You will lead and develop a support team including brand managers, marketers, and external agencies to plan, manage and enhance Performance Media, SEO, Social, CRM, Email, Content, Loyalty Programs, and drive sustainable, cost-effective brand awareness and online sales growth. Your Data Analysis and Insights will ensure CRO and on-trend eCommerce optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • We expect you to deliver out of the box digital strategies to drive brand positioning, awareness, and conversions.
  • Digital Strategy & eCommerce – Design and develop “best in class” and practical digital marketing and e-commerce strategies across all online channels that will meet the business objectives.
  • People Leadership and Management – Responsible for the hiring, leadership, development, and management of the Digital Marketing team.
  • Business Strategy & Operations – A High Level of responsibility and involvement in the business’s overall strategy and planning processes and delivering those to the team.
  • Key performance indicators of the role will be related to Customers, Sales, and ROI.

 

KEY SKILLS

  • You will ideally be someone who has a passion for the skincare industry and who has worked in health & wellness, fashion or beauty, and skincare products.
  • Managed monthly paid media budgets of $20,000 – $100,000+ with a focus on driving customers within certain KPIs like CAC, CPA, ROAS
  • 5+ years of eCommerce Marketing experience
  • 5+ years of Facebook Advertising experience
  • 5+ years of Google Adwords Advertising experience
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Marketing Automation Strategy
  • Good technical knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL
  • Excellent user knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Data Studio
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent Productivity and Prioritisation skills
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
