As our Influencer and PR Manager, You’ll be taking over our influencer marketing program and build on our existing influencer network to create a world-class influencer program.
You’ll also manage all our press outreach, networking with key journalists, editors and writers in our industry, creating awareness for the brand and continuously driving traffic to our website.
You will work closely with the marketing team and operations team to create press releases, experiences and campaigns for new product launches and key events (Christmas gift guides, Father’s day guides etc.).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a world-class influencer program
- Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with the brand across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and TikTok).
- Build on our existing affiliate program.
- Manage existing print and online media relationships to communicate marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Research, identify, connect and convert key press contacts to achieve editorial content for the brand.
- Develop, monitor and report the ROI of our Influencer and Affiliate program – and make recommendations on how to adapt our strategy accordingly.
- Develop, monitor and report the ROI of our Print and Online Media campaigns – and make recommendations on how to adapt our strategy accordingly.
- Oversee special projects assigned by Marketing Team Lead.
KEY SKILLS
- Established understanding and 2+ years of experience in Influencer Management for a Direct-to-Consumer brand(s).
- Experience working with various social media and influencer management tools (Scheduling, Analytics and CRM).
- A passion for social media and influencer marketing and keep your ear to the ground when it comes to industry trends and strategies.
- Team player with a positive attitude in your interaction with your peers and our community/ customers.
- Data-oriented and can use analytics to derive insights and guide future decisions and strategy.
- A growth and strategic mindset; with the initiative to suggest better ways to do things.
- An excellent communicator and networker, with great written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable, and learn quickly, thriving in diverse and rapidly changing business environments.
- Self-motivated, result-driven and take a proactive approach in problem-solving.
- Confident in managing multiple projects and priorities.
