Role Description
To be an ideal candidate, you will have strong skills in influencer marketing and a passion for social media, as well as the beauty and wellness industry. You will be joining our influencer marketing team, which will entail directly negotiating deals with many social media influencers, as well as collecting content and scheduling collaborations. You will think creatively about potential business development opportunities for the company and will lead new projects as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Review influencers for brand alignment, negotiating deals, terms of contract, and other project-specific details.
- Manage campaigns with social media influencers to nurture ongoing relationships day-to-day.
- Plan influencer content and monitor engagement closely to report on return on investment on a range of platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tik Tok and Twitter.
- Review influencers to confirm requirements have been met. Track image and caption guidelines, tags, insights.
- Research new influencers to partner with and put together curation sheets for upcoming campaigns.
- Assist in the coordination of Self Love Nation blog by assisting with sourcing influencer content.
- Assist in the research, developing and implementing new methods of influencer marketing such as PR gifting, product collaboration and influencer campaigns.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, campaigns, technologies, and influencers.
- Assist the marketing department, including taking on new critical marketing tasks, social media assistance and projects as they appear.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field.
- 6 months experience as an marketing assistant or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, brownie points for skills in creative writing.
- Excellent multitasking skills with good time-management.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Advocate of female sexuality and wellness!
- Passion for social media trends.
