As the Junior Marketing Assistant at Daily Blooms you’ll play a key support role in helping to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate content across digital platforms, and contribute to brand initiatives that inspire and connect with our community. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging blog posts, articles, and other editorial content to support brand storytelling and marketing initiatives across the website, email, and external publications
- Assist in collaborating with influencers, brand partners, and content creators to support user-generated content and partnership initiatives
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and brand activations, including coordination of logistics and on-the-ground support
- Support campaign planning and performance tracking by gathering data, compiling reports, and identifying key insights
- Identify key publishers and media outlets to support campaign awareness
- Provide on-set support during marketing and e-commerce photoshoots, including styling, organisation, and product preparation
- Help manage marketing timelines, calendars, and workflows to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Offer general administrative and operational support across a variety of marketing activities and projects
KEY SKILLS
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field (or currently studying)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail
