Role Description

As a Jewellery Consultant, you will be at the heart of this journey, providing a seamless and highly curated experience from first inquiry to final delivery.
This role requires an individual who is impeccably organised, detail-obsessed, and effortlessly composed under pressure, able to juggle multiple clients while delivering an unwavering level of service.
- Saturday availability a must.
- 3-4 Days Part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client journey, from consultation to final delivery, ensuring every interaction is seamless, personal, and considered
- Manage multiple bespoke orders with precision – coordinating with designers, jewellers, and couriers while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Guide clients through our design process with warmth and expertise, helping them discover pieces that reflect their story and style
- Educate clients on lab-grown diamonds and fine craftsmanship in an accessible, elevated way
- Curate intimate, one-on-one experiences in our Sydney atelier, making each appointment feel effortless and memorable
- Anticipate needs and execute flawlessly – from custom design finishes to collection
