Role Description
This is a hands-on, dynamic role with plenty of variety. You’ll be styling modern brides, managing their fittings, and delivering a truly elevated, personal experience. If you love fashion, interiors, and working one-on-one with people – this is a chance to bring that all together.

- Experienced in retail (luxury preferred).

Key Responsibilities
- 2–4 days per week, including Fridays and Saturdays.
- Part-time position with commission on sales.
- Work independently in a beautifully designed, calm environment.

- Deliver warm, personalised styling appointments for each client.
- Guide brides through their fittings with care, empathy, and confidence.
- Use MONDAY.com to manage client orders and notes.
- Ensure the showroom is always beautifully presented and aligned with the Lola Varma aesthetic.
- Keep samples and stock in perfect order.
- Communicate clearly with our production team and beautiful clients.
- Share in the joy, energy, and emotion of the bridal journey.
