Role Description
Made With Love is entering a new era of brand identity – refined, editorial, and globally recognised. We’re seeking a Brand Experience Designer with senior design expertise to visually elevate our brand across every touchpoint. This is a pivotal role suited to a highly creative and technically adept designer who can think strategically, execute beautifully, and align with our brand’s new direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of brand decks, lookbooks, and internal presentations to a global standard.
- Develop assets for organic and paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) with elevated visuals that reflect our brand story.
- Create high-quality graphics for web, email, and social using Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Collaborate with our Art & Content Director to evolve and refine the visual brand direction.
- Translate conceptual briefs into fully designed assets that reflect editorial style and storytelling.
- Apply basic CSS/HTML where needed to support the eCommerce UX/UI team with front-end styling tweaks (e.g. homepage modules, banners, product pages).
- Prepare print-ready artwork for packaging, stationery, boutique materials, and events.
- Maintain and evolve the visual brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all global markets and teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of graphic or brand design experience with strong Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) expertise.
- Proven ability to create visually elevated work for fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Figma knowledge a major bonus for collaboration with web and eCom design.
- Basic front-end CSS/HTML experience for light website enhancements.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing formats and creative best practices.
- High attention to detail, with a passion for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- A collaborative mindset – able to take feedback, lead when needed, and thrive in a creative team.
- Experience with global brands or multi-market campaigns is a plus.
