Key Responsibilities
- Assist with brand marketing campaign execution
- Assist with influencer identification and communications
- Assist in day-to-day management (posting, community management, usage permissions) of PUMA Oceania social media channels
- Assist with product orders for PR, campaign shoots, influencers and ambassadors, Partnership leverage opportunities and Social media requirements.
- Assist with Press Release disbursements to Account Managers across New Zealand and Australia
- Digital Asset pack coordination and distribution
- Assist with media and PR briefings, agency management and the GTM process
- Coordination of creative assets for media and creative campaigns
- Coordination of team WIPS and collating meeting minutes
- Manage brand calendars, ensuring they are up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Budget tracking and invoice processing
- Keeping the showroom tidy and assisting with the merchandising of the showroom
- Helping out with event planning and executions
ABOUT YOUR
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or higher
- First experience in developing, managing and executing of Marketing Calendars
- First experience in Sport/ Fashion/ Lifestyle in a comparable is preferred
- Good Project Management skills
- Budget Management experience
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and multi task
- Detail orientated, resourceful, proactive and well organized
- Trouble Shooting Skills
- Self-Motivation
- Profound knowledge in MS Office
- Intermediate level of PhotoShop
