We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive to support social, events, athlete partnerships and seasonal campaign delivery across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in bringing our brand to life across digital platforms, in the community and through our athlete and partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing (40%)Own and manage our ANZ social media calendar, publish engaging organic content and actively grow our community through meaningful engagement. Monitor performance, report on insights and continuously optimise content to drive impact. Support the creation of email marketing campaigns and website content.

     

  • Events & Community Activations (25%)Assist in the planning and delivery of brand events and community activations. Coordinate logistics, product, assets and suppliers, and assist with on-the-ground execution and post-event reporting.

     

  • Athlete & Partner Support (20%)Administer promotional orders and product seeding for athletes, ambassadors, media and partners. Coordinate seasonal athlete kit distribution. Oversee sample management for media and content production.

     

  • Seasonal Marketing Campaign Support (15%)Support the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across retail, digital and wholesale channels. Manage global campaign assets and collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

 

KEY SKILLS

  • 2-3 years experience in a marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Experience managing social media channels.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Confident collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners.
  • Ability to write clear and compelling copy consistently aligned with brand tone.
  • Confident engaging with athletes, ambassadors, media and consumers both online and in person.
  • Hands-on experience delivering events and brand activations.
  • Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
  • Passion for brand, culture, storytelling and the outdoor space, with personal experience in at least one core activity (snow, trail or climb).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Monday.com, Quip, etc.
  • Basic design skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of retail marketing and how marketing drives in-store engagement and sales
  • Exposure to CRM systems and email marketing tools
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office including excel and powerpoint
  • This role is based at our Sydney head office in Alexandria.
  • This role requires some domestic and international travel as well as working occasional weekends.
