Role Description
If you love fashion, thrive on being organised, and get a genuine kick out of running a well-oiled operation — this might be the role for you.
About Us
MUSE, Relove is a Rent-a-Rack boutique for preloved fashion lovers and style curators in Neutral Bay. We provide a curated space where women rent rack space to sell their wardrobes, and shoppers find beautiful pieces to love again. Nominated as Business of the Year 2025, we’re growing — and we need someone who can grow with us.
This isn’t just a styling role. It’s a client-facing, operationally driven position where relationships, systems and attention to detail are just as important as a great eye for fashion.
About You
You’re organised, proactive and warm. You understand that the behind-the-scenes work — the admin, the stock prep, the client communications — is what makes the shop floor shine. You’re confident managing daily operations independently, you don’t let things slip through the cracks, and you genuinely love helping people.
Key Responsibilities
CLIENT MANAGEMENT & RACK RENTAL SALES (the core of this role)
- Confidently promote our Rent-a-Rack model to walk-ins and enquiries — converting interest into bookings is priority one. Onboard new seller clients, help them set up accounts and price their items, and manage their ongoing relationship with care and consistency. Keep rack bookings running efficiently so the store stays vibrant and profitable. Client admin is the pillar of our business — diligence and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
STOCK & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Receive, assess and prep new items from consignors to our boutique standard. Maintain quality control — knowing what suits our floor and what doesn’t. Keep the store looking fresh, curated and seasonally on point. Stay across all admin: bookings, sales records, messages, client updates and daily tasks. If something needs doing, you get it done.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & STYLING
- Provide warm, knowledgeable service on the shop floor. Share styling advice, help customers find pieces they love, and educate new visitors on how our concept works. Build lasting relationships — many of our customers become our sellers, and vice versa. You’ll turn a first visit into a long-term connection.
Why Join Us
- A role with real autonomy — you’ll own the day, not just fill it
- Be part of a fast-growing, community-driven fashion movement
- Develop skills across fashion, retail, client management and small business operations
- Work in a space where your initiative and ideas are genuinely valued
Candidates who match the required skill set will be contacted within 1–5 business days.
