The Social Content Executive is a digital-native creative, obsessed with all things social (especially TikTok), content creation, and creators. You’ll play a key role in supporting our influencer and content creator delivery, from writing briefs to coordinating product send-outs while also bringing our brand to life through thumb-stopping, platform-first content.

This role is instrumental in ideating and creating best-in-class social content that drives engagement, builds community, and feels unmistakably Nimble. With a strong pulse on trends, a collaborative mindset, and a hunger to learn, you’ll work across teams to keep our content fresh, relevant, and high-performing.

This role suits someone with 2+ years’ experience in social media, content creation or influencer marketing. You’re curious, collaborative, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Own the day-to-day creation of static, video, and short-form content across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
  • Be Trend-Obsessed (In a Good Way): Stay ahead of trends and identify responsive content opportunities that allow Nimble to show up in relevant, playful, or inspiring ways.
  • Content Ideation & Planning: Contribute to monthly content calendars, working with wider teams to plan concepts that support launches, always-on storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Support Creator & Influencer Partnerships: Assist in the coordination and communication with influencers and creators — from briefing and product send-outs to capturing UGC and tracking deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Creatives & Community: Work closely with Brand, Creative, and Community teams to bring integrated content moments to life – from influencer shoots to run club reels.
  • Test, Learn & Optimise: Track performance, test new formats, and bring learnings to future content ideas. You’re hungry to get better and try new things.
  • Live & Breathe the Brand: Ensure all content and creator touchpoints align with Nimble’s tone, aesthetic, and brand purpose, while staying fresh, fun, and thumb-stopping.

TO GIVE YOU THE EDGE

  • 2 years’ experience in content creation, social media or influencer/creator marketing.
  • Confident creating short-form video and featuring in team content.
  • Comfortable managing creator relationships from email comms to product send-outs and tracking.
  • Strong understanding of how social content drives engagement and brand growth.
  • Passion for active living, style, and building a connected community through content.
