Role Description
The Office Coordinator is a core supporting role within the Collingwood Yards team, within our creative precinct, responsible for supporting the administrative, financial and tenancy functions of the business and CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Office Coordinator will provide executive assistance to the management team, administrative support to the team towards the successful management of tenancies, financial administration, governance, and day to day office administration.
KEY SKILLS
- Experience in finance, governance and business administration with the ability to anticipate support needs within a fast-paced and multi-faceted business environment
- Excellent administration skills including the ability to manage files, schedules and records in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ability to develop, implement and maintain systems and processes to drive efficiency across administrative functions
- Experience in office management systems including Mac OS, Google tools, direct experience with Xero highly desirable
- Experience with marketing and communications channels such as social media and basic email marketing platforms
- Strong communication skills including copywriting
- Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels of the organisation
