Are you an exceptional organiser who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Benefit Cosmetics is looking for an Office and Operations Coordinator to join our Sydney team! Reporting to our GM and collaborating closely with the Sales and Education teams across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll play a key role in driving our team’s success and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact at our Sydney CBD office, keeping everyone informed about office updates, maintenance, and health & safety matters.
- Keep the office stocked and organised – from stationery and snacks to drinks and supplies.
- Coordinate office events and celebrations, creating a fun atmosphere for the team.
- Support Management with travel and expenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the retail experience.
- Help implement efficiency initiatives and support sales teams.
- Manage store consumables and communication between head office and retail locations.
- Coordinate new store openings and operational procedures.
- Assist with key projects (e.g., online booking platform, Sales Conference).
- Streamline processes and coordinate meetings and events, including travel.
KEY SKILLS
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, sales coordination, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience using Excel with demonstrated ability to create excel-based reports and templates; or basic level interest to grow and develop skills in this area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
