Role Description
Casual position available: Online Order Processing & Customer Service.
An exciting opportunity for a new staff member to join our online team! Located at Glenferrie Rd, Hawthorn VIC, we host a variety of Australian Fashion Brands. Average of 2 – 3 shifts per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Online customer service
- Picking and packing online orders
- Processing of returns
- Assisting with preparation & pack up of photoshoots
- Receiving and unpacking stock deliveries (inventory management)
- General office maintenance
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL NEED
- Experience in processing/fulfilling online orders for an e-commerce business (ideally fashion)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Highly organised & exceptional time management skills
- Fashion retail experience (preferred, not essential)
