Role Description
We are looking for a full-time PR & VIP Relations Coordinator to join our Marketing Team, based in Sydney and reporting to the PR & Marketing Manager. If you have a love for fashion, creative mind who has a passion for media, VIP & Influencer relationships or have previous PR & Marketing experience then this is the job for you.
To provide support in leading, developing and executing innovative PR & VIP strategies and campaigns. Amplifying relationships that will build the Scanlan Theodore brand and resonate with clients directly, whilst driving revenue, brand awareness and engagement across all platforms whilst fostering a strong industry network.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be required to
- Plan, implement and offer support to the PR + VIP Relations strategy in collaboration and under the direction of the Marketing Manager
- Build and nurture existing media relationships while creating new contacts
- Be proactive in securing consistent and positive VIP and press coverage for Scanlan Theodore in the media and amongst influencers
- Development and management of the full service showroom, including management and co-ordination of all local and international PR loan cycle
- Assist with the production of all ecommerce shoots, including pre- and post-shoot planning, styling sessions, management of all samples ahead of each delivery
- Weekly reporting on PR activity, VIP + influencer support, media coverage and budgets
- Excellent written and verbal brand communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, responsible and highly organised
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you need to meet the following essential skills and experiences
- Minimum of 5years’ experience within Marketing, PR and Communications
- Related tertiary qualifications in Marketing, PR and Communications
- Overall ability to support and implement the PR + VIP Relations strategy under the direction and collaboration of the Marketing Manager
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Scanlan Theodore on a daily basis
- Excellent written and verbal brand communication skills
- Team player and establishes workable and effective relationships with all colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure, responsible, attention to detail and highly organised
- Uses initiative and works proactively
- Assist the retail and online team with any additional duties when required
- Proactive and agile approach to role as the company expands
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Drive, Google Docs and Microsoft Outlook
