Role Description
At MECCA, we are continuing to grow as we open new beautiful stores and looking for a Visual Merchandising Print Production Manager to join the team to ensure that our Visual Merchandising touchpoints are seamlessly produced across our three MECCA store concepts: Cosmetica, Maxima & MECCA in both Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising, your primary focus as Print Production Manager is to take ownership of the production for all visual merchandising assets in relation to window displays, internal merchandising, signage and activations; managing the production process, from brief through to distribution and installation. As Print Production Manager, you will deliver the highest execution of visual elements for our stores, helping to communicate and position MECCA as the #1 Beauty Destination in Australia!
There will also be the opportunity to be involved with a number of process improvement and sustainability initiatives as well as coaching and mentoring. Previous leadership experience is not essential, but you will be passionate about developing others and be ready to take that next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be able to put your strong organising, negotiation and communication skills to good use on day one as you create the production allocations and timelines and manage the production process to ensure the VM teams, any internal or external stakeholders, and all suppliers meet the scheduled and final production deadlines.

- Previous experience in print production or visual merchandising production
- Budget management experience
