Role Description
At Rachel Gilbert, we don’t just sell garments – we style moments, memories, and milestones.
We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven Boutique Manager to lead one of our beautiful boutiques and guide our clients through some of life’s most meaningful purchases – from weddings and celebrations to unforgettable red-carpet moments.
As Boutique Manager, you’ll be the face and energy of the boutique. You’ll lead your team with care and intention, creating an environment where both your staff and clients feel seen, inspired, and celebrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the boutique’s sales performance and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Oversee all boutique operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and customer service.
- Drive exceptional in-store customer experience to build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the broader business to implement marketing initiatives and visual merchandising.
- Provide insightful reporting on boutique performance and make data-driven recommendations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven track record of success as a Boutique Manager or Retail Store Manager in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and drive sales performance.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and marketing in a retail environment
