Role Description
The Retail and Wholesale Coordinator is responsible for retail, wholesale and e-commerce sales. Day-to-day tasks include retail sales, upkeep of inventory and a high level of customer service for our wholesale customers in Australia and New Zealand paying specific attention to increasing profit margins.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the retail store and making sure making sure everything is running super smooth and looks interesting and organised.
- Incredible customer service to our customers. You must be interested in art, design and bike riding whilst enjoying the highs of selling
- Enter new stock lines and publish them on Shopify – so having some e-Commerce experience would be super handy
- Raise wholesale orders and ensure all orders are received and processed in a timely manner;
- Support all selling activities, including contributing to timely reporting on stock and availability and data entry;
- Ensure accuracy of final purchase orders received from wholesale accounts;
- Manage customer returns for Wholesale and e-Commerce sales from our Fitzroy and Lancefield warehouses
KEY SKILLS
- Previous experience in fashion or homewares sales is essential
- Highly organised with excellent administration skills
- Flexible and happy to take on ad hoc duties to assist the team
- A diplomatic team player who can interact effectively at all levels
- Proactive and efficient
- MS Office – Skilled in using Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Shopify – or equivalent
