• Experience in fashion retail
• Experience managing and developing an active client base
• Strong merchandising standards and store presentation skills
• Well informed about International and Australian fashion and design trends along with a genuine personal interest in luxury designers
• Ability to identify consignment items that align with the Trading in Style brand and value system
• A passion for achieving sales targets and supporting brand initiatives and promotions
• Exceptional communication skills, excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability
• A strong sense of personal style combined with a proven background in sales and customer service
• Forward thinking and creative with the ability to interpret trends to suit your customer
• An engaging and natural approach when creating lasting customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends

Full training on processes and consignment approvals will be provided. Please note: We are only taking local Sydney applications at this time, as this role is on-site and will not be practicable to work remotely.
