Role Description

We’re seeking a data-driven, customer-focused E-Commerce Manager to lead our online growth strategy across rollienation.com and key marketplaces. Based in our vibrant South Melbourne HQ, you’ll guide a dynamic team, shape our digital roadmap, and transform online interactions into lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the annual online sales strategy, setting ambitious targets for revenue, conversion rates, and average order value.
- User Experience Enhancement: Drive continuous improvements in CRO and UX to ensure our site remains best-in-class.
- Channel Expansion: Launch and optimize new online sales channels, including marketplaces and partnerships.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the e-commerce P&L, planning and reallocating budgets to maximize ROAS.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor our E-Comm & Marketplace Assistant, establishing clear goals and growth plans.
- Customer Retention: Enhance CRM strategies, sophisticated email flows, and an engaging loyalty program to boost customer retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of digital retail trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Inventory, and Performance teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and ensure optimal stock availability.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience: 2–3 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or D2C sectors.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar platforms), Google Analytics, CRO tools, and CRM systems.
- Project Management: Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership Qualities: An optimistic, decisive, and lead-by-example approach to team management.
- Strategic Mindset: A balance of strategic thinking and a hands-on, get-things-done attitude.
- Passion for Design: A keen eye for fashion and digital storytelling that aligns with our brand ethos.
