• Inbound Logistics & Fulfilment: Manage global shipments, customs, and landed costs. Liaise with freight providers and 3PL partners. Support purchase order visibility and delivery tracking.
• Product Lifecycle & Launch Readiness: Own product setup in Cin7 and ensure inventory accuracy across channels. Coordinate promotional sales and seasonal launches. Lead logistics and setup for in-person events like our sample sale.
• Inventory & Cross-Channel Operations: Oversee inventory across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail. Manage replenishment planning, boutique stocktake coordination, and system integration across Shopify, Cin7, and POS.
• Timeline & Workflow Management: Set and manage lead times across design, production, marketing, ecommerce, and wholesale. Build critical paths, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure teams deliver on time.

EXPECTATIONS

• 2+ years in operations, supply chain, or ecommerce logistics (fashion/lifestyle sector preferred).
• Confidence working across platforms like Cin7, Shopify, and POS systems.
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
• Naturally organised with a systems mindset and high attention to detail.
• Calm, proactive, and dependable — the go-to for keeping things on track.
• Bonus: experience with international freight, 3PLs, or multi-channel planning.
