Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Assistant to join our team at Wolford Melbourne. In this role, you will support the team in achieving sales budgets while delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a strong retail background, a passion for luxury fashion and a customer-focused mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and confidently close transactions to meet store targets.
- Develop strong knowledge of the Wolford brand, product range, and styling (training will be provided).
- Assist in visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
- Receive, process, and organise stock deliveries, including conducting regular stocktakes.
- Support daily store operations, including maintaining a clean, premium store environment.
- You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues to create a seamless shopping experience.
