Sarah Gardner Jewellery

• Team Support: Work in our Sydney store and work alongside Sarah and our wider; workshop in addition to our Melbourne store; to contribute to a positive, motivating environment for both staff and our clients.
• Sales: Use your experience in sales (jewellery and luxury goods preferred) to drive sales and ensure our clients have the memorable in store experience that we are known for and strive to uphold.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, continuing the relationships and ensuring each visit is a memorable experience.
• Brand Representation: Upholding our brand values of ethical and transparent handmade jewellery.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries, feedback, and sales with efficiency and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A genuine passion for jewellery and an enthusiasm for handmade and ethical craftsmanship.
• Previous experience in the jewellery industry is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong sales experience and an ability to work within our designs and to creatively problem solve to meet client expectations.
• Exceptional people skills and a natural ability to build strong client relationships.
• Availability to work part time across our opening hours (Monday to Saturday.)
