We are seeking passionate and energetic Stylist to join the Oroton legacy, contributing towards a high-demand and rewarding seasonal period. As a brand ambassador, you will develop a deep understanding of Oroton’s products to curate a refined customer experience, offering personalised guidance and recommendations for our accessories and ready-to-wear apparel collections. As a vital part of our team during the bustling festive season, you’ll be at the forefront of creating a warm and memorable shopping experience, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported during this festive time.
We are looking for a seasonal team member to join our Birkenhead Point Outlet location.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience within retail apparel and accessories (essential)
- Strong demonstrated sales and customer experience skills to achieve and exceed KPI’s and targets
- Proven ability to learn, contribute and take initiative
- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation within company guidelines
- An excellent ability to work in a team, enjoying collaboration and responding well in an ever-changing environment
KEY SKILLS
- Multiple positions available! Commencement date from November 2024 until March 2025
- Initially a temporary role with opportunity to move into an on-going casual role in the New Year
- You will be expected to work across a mixture of weekdays and weekends, including extended trading hours and public holidays over the festive period
