As a Senior Boutique Stylist at Henne, you will play a pivotal role in providing an elevated, personalised shopping experience to our clients. You will act as a brand ambassador, using your fashion knowledge and styling expertise to build relationships with clients and drive sales. Whether you’re assisting clients with their wardrobe choices, sharing the latest trends, or creating memorable experiences, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering an outstanding service that reflects our brand’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering an exceptional level of service to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Achieve store sales targets by demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and a passion for driving results.
- Run one-on-one styling sessions, providing personalised wardrobe consultations to help clients refine their style, elevate their look, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist in maintaining the boutique’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring a pristine and stylish environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Assist with allocating stock for customers, helping with stock organisation, restocking displays, and supporting the put-back process to maintain a well-organised store.
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
- Passionate about fashion with a strong sense of style and an eye for trends.
- Experienced in conducting one-on-one styling sessions, offering clients a personalised, curated experience to help them discover their unique style.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and styling skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment and work as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional with a proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
