Role Description
My Mum Made It is a ready to wear, women led clothing brand that specialises in sustainable, statement everyday designs. We’re growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help us amplify our brand in the digital & physical space.
We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Marketing) to take the lead in creating all digital and physical graphics that align with our brand personality. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of graphic design experience in the fashion industry leading and delivering projects with a strong digital marketing background. You’ll be responsible for creating visually stunning content of the highest commercial quality that inspires our audience and grows sales. In addition, your excellent digital marketing skills will enable us to deliver this content through multiple channels including EDMs, paid ads, social media and out website. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an eye for aesthetics, graphic design and is technically equiped to run our digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create commercial grade eye-catching visual content for different marketing channels including social media, website, emails, product design, packaging and digital ads, ensuring a cohesive and on-brand aesthetic.
- End-to-end management of email marketing using Klaviyo including campaigns, flows, lists, segments and etc.
- End-to-end management of paid ads via Meta, Pinterest ads and Google analytics channels
- End-to-end management of all visual digital content on our website via Shopify platform
- End-to-end management of all physical marketing material design and creation
- End-to-end management of any product related graphic assets and packaging
- Collaborate closely with the design and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with seasonal collections, product launches, and promotions.
- Analyse marketing performance and consumer behaviour using data analytics tools to continually optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Quality control all visuals and materials reflect the My Mum Made It brand identity and voice.
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design ideally within the fashion industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in senior level of graphic design within the fashion industry.
- Minimum 2 years of EDM marketing management
- Experience in Paid Advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Google) marketing management (preferred)
- Experience in SMS marketing management (preferred)
- Excellent technical proficiency in Illustrator (inside-out knowledge required)
- Excellent technical proficiency in InDesign (inside-out knowledge required)
- Excellent technical proficiency in Photoshop (inside-out knowledge required)
- A portfolio of graphic design work that showcases your work highlighting creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of fashion and design aesthetics.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.), and paid advertising strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and brand messaging to customers
- A deep understanding of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into creative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Solid experience working with Shopify platform and website imagery management
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing strategies based on results.
- Strong eye for aesthetics is a must!
