Role Description
Saint Valentine Jewellery is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Manager and Ecommerce Manager to shape and share the visual storytelling of our brand — ensuring every post, reel, and story reflects the modern minimalism and feminine elegance we’re known for.
You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and optimising content across all platforms, ensuring every touchpoint is elevated, cohesive, and aligned with our brand vision. From engaging daily stories to thoughtfully crafted campaigns and top-line strategies, your work will connect our brand with new audiences and deepen relationships with our loyal community.
With a strategic eye and a creative spirit, you’ll bring fresh ideas to the table — growing our reach, increasing engagement, and strengthening our presence across social channels. Your strong communication skills will be key in conveying our aesthetic, voice, and values in a way that feels both authentic and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all brand social media platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and Linkedin ensuring all content is in line with our brand aesthetic, tone of voice and marketing calendar.
- End-to-end content creation including planning, creating, curating, scheduling, captioning, linking, tagging, publishing & reporting across all social media platforms.
- Develop comprehensive social media campaigns and manage daily content for all platforms, focusing on those that deliver best results and engagement.
- Actively contribute to content strategy and assist with marketing calendar – including creative briefs, production, and distribution of compelling content along with presenting new trends / ideas to the team
- Produce aesthetically elevated content for all channels including videos and imagery
- Manage influencer campaigns, gifting, PR opportunities & stylist relationships
- Build and increase following across all social media channels and implement aligned social growth ideas – eg. giveaways, collaborations, influencer events
- Community management across all social media platforms, responding to messages and comments, fostering engagement and conversation and working with our customer service team to ensure community management across all social media platforms is exceptional with a cohesive voice and timely responses.
- Analyse performance across all channels to proactively optimise content discovery and maximise engagement on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with Creative, Sales, and Ecommerce teams.
- Provide feedback and insights to help evolve social strategy, identifying emerging trends in the social media landscape, ensuring best practices in social media.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum 1 year experience in a paid Social Media role within Fashion, Luxury or Jewellery
- Proven experience working across Instagram, Tiktok with preferably some experience across Pinterest and Linkedin platforms
- Canva or Adobe experience and some graphic capabilities
- Experience in developing social media strategy and creating high-engagement content
- Strong copywriting skills, following best practice for different mediums and being able to word captions/posts to capture attention and suit our brand voice
- Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators regarding performance, engagement, monthly growth and influencer ROI
- Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment by being flexible, adaptable, efficient and organised.
- Get the job done attitude.
- Very high accuracy and attention to detail. Includes spelling, tagging, linking etc.
- Strongly aligned aesthetic and content creation skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, and ensure delivery of results within deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and network easily.
- Enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and pro-active with a positive disposition
