Role Description
Say hello to Bonny, the Melbourne-born, ethically certified, value-driven brand shaking up the snoozy world of bedding. From our revolutionary doonas to our new range of seriously comfy bed sheets, we’re here to make bed time the best time.
We’re searching for a Content Creator who’s equal parts creative and strategic; someone who can concept, shoot, and edit videos that bring the Bonny world to life across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
As our in house content creator, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s story and sharing it with the world. You’ll create content that not only looks great but also aligns with our brand’s goals and strategy.
We’re seeking a strategic creative with a passion for story, an unstoppable drive, and a good sense of humour. You’ll have autonomy to run our content and own your budget. This is a unique opportunity to be our in house agency, managing everything from concepting, production, editing and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and own all Bonny video content: You’ll be our in house video producer, editor and content creator across all channels – from TikTok and Instagram to YouTube and paid ads.
- Optimise and edit ads for performance and storytelling: Edit and test variations of UGC and ad content to identify winning creative angles.
- Balance creative instinct with data-driven decision making. Deliver highly creative, intentional content that performs.
- Manage shoots end-to-end: Oversee planning, shooting, post-production and any external freelancers, models/agencies.
- Collaborate with team members across marketing, product, and CX to deliver video assets that support broader business goals.
- Stay on top of social trends, tools, and video techniques to keep Bonny’s content on trend and relevant
KEY SKILLS
- 1-3 years experience in social media, content creation and/or video production.
- Comfortable appearing on camera across all our socials.
- You have a passion for content, story telling and have a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient with video editing software such as CapCut or Premiere Pro, and if you’re comfortable with Figma, that’s a plus!
