Role Description
As the Social Media Coordinator at ESSEN, you will be the lead in telling our brand story and connecting with our customers through our organic social and owned content
channels. As part of the marketing team you will plan and execute all organic social content with special consideration given to customer engagement, social market trends, and key marketing campaigns. You will interact with customers in our social channels, create content for paid and organic social, work with influencers and more!
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and optimising social media platforms.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality impactful and engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Interest in fashion & sustainability.
• Positivity, can-do attitude and ability to take initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the organic social media feed end-to-end delivery, which includes planning, executing, uploading, tagging and monitoring of posts
- Designing (and briefing when required) all organic asset types including, static, carousel, video, reels, and stories for our social platforms (including, but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Designing (and briefing when required) engaging content for paid social campaigns as required in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Planning all organic social activity with at least 2-4 weeks lead time, which reflects chosen imagery and related captions.
- Diligently monitor stock levels to make sure all products in the feed are available for purchase or pre-order and are tagged for identification.
- Monitoring of customer engagement and commentary on all posts, with timely response to customers as required in the feed and via messages.
- Manage customer orders & returns, enquiries, or concerns in a timely and effective manner via email and Instagram DMs.
- Assist with the management of our influencer program, partnerships with content creators and media sample loans.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to identify and engage new audiences through brand collaborations.
- Identify opportunities to amplify content generation using existing campaign assets or repurposing content across channels.
- Copywriting support as required for social, blogs, media content and lookbooks.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to support and assist in event and market place marketing initiatives.
- Deliver a weekly organic social media report with actionable insights to represent social posts effectiveness and learnings.
- Analyse social media insights and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and deliver a monthly competitor analysis report.
- Monitor and research industry trends on social media to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Generate ideas and deliver impactful messaging and brand values across all channels.
