Role Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team at Krumbled Group. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. Your work will drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition while ensuring that our brand’s tone, aesthetic, and messaging remain consistent and impactful. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy while managing daily content planning and scheduling.
- Content & Storytelling: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging, on-brand content (photos, videos, graphics) that resonates with our audience across multiple social media platforms.
- Community & Influencer Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community, build an engaged online community, establish relationships with influencers and content creators, and drive impactful social campaigns.
- Performance & Advertising: Track key metrics, and optimise strategies based on data insights.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally to support product launches and promotions, guide content creators, and step into a leadership role when needed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Strong strategic planning skills with a data-driven approach to content performance.
- Excellent copywriting abilities and the skill to adapt tone and messaging to fit our brand voice.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate, and user-generated content (UGC) strategies.
- Solid project management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and trend analysis.
IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in FMCG, food, beauty, or health industries.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
