Role Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced retail Store Manager to help recruit, lead and engage our retail team at our Emporium CBD location. The successful individual will be an exceptional ambassador for the brand, have previous retail experience and be analytical and creative in their approach. If you are highly motivated, can show initiative, have proven leadership qualities and are excited about the scope to build a career with Búl, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Be able to confidently manage a small team and lead by example
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with staff and customers alike to drive sales
- Merchandising skills and being able to provide a welcoming experience for our customers
- Highly organised and able to maintain and build our current customer base
- Have a strong sales background and able to work towards budgets.

Applicants need to have a minimum of one year fashion retail experience, preferably within a boutique environment. Managerial experience preferred.
