Role Description
An exciting opportunity to work for a 3 leading Australian fashion brands. We are looking for someone who is energetic, positive and has a keen eye for fashion to work as our in house Stylist & Studio Coordinator.

The successful candidate will coordinate and style all in house photo shoots across all brands, maintain an orderly set, workspace and calendar and communicate and act clearly and efficiently within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Product sourcing and preparation
- Preparing for product photography
- Styling in-house photo shoots – model, ghost and flat lay
- In house photo shoot co ordination – negotiation and scheduling with modelling, hair and make up agencies.
- Handling invoices – sign off and data entry
- Studio calendar coordination
- Studio Maintenance
KEY SKILLS
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- A high attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to multi task
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible to change schedules with little advanced notice
- A team player who is able to thrive in a changing environment
