Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and execute content ideas that are on brand and designed to grow reach across multiple platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn – focus on content that is educational, aesthetic, shareable, entertaining.
- Create the content in a way that is customised for each platform.
- Utilise extensive image and video library to create on brand, shareable content. Film new content when needed.
- Ensure there is relevant and adequate content daily including posts, reels, stories etc to engage our existing and future audience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for brand or influencer collaborations.
- Oversee competitions/giveaways across social accounts. These may be SWIISH only or partnered e.g. follow-for-follow campaigns, product giveaways etc. Where partnered, liaise with other brands to create the giveaways and collateral.
- Actively strengthen engagement within the SWIISH online community – reply to comments, DMs, re-shares, polls, Q&As.
- Actively track metrics. Create strategies to drive further growth.
- Help manage the content calendar to keep socials on track and aligned with broader marketing strategy, EDMs and promotions.
- Collaborate across the wider team to make sure what we’re posting supports multiple goals eg moving product inventory, as well as the bigger picture of brand messaging.
- Work on increasing volume of UGC.
- Work cohesively with our digital marketing partners to align paid and organic efforts.
- Capture ‘behind the scenes’ footage from photoshoots, events and in the office.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU’LL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience creating engaging content, as you know what it takes to capture audience attention and grow a community. - A deep understanding of social media; you’re always across what’s happening with the algorithm and what’s trending.
- Ability to create multiple angles from one piece of content.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills – you can run a content schedule and maximise every piece of content.
- Experience using Canva.
- A positive, can-do attitude – no task is too big, too small or too hard.
