Role Description
Country Road Group is one of Australia’s largest specialty fashion retailers, comprising of five iconic brands – Country Road, Mimco, Trenery, Witchery and Politix. We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to be part of the Group’s evolution and support each brand to realise their full potential.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in our high performing team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be accountable for leading and executing Retail team member recruitment across all the Country Road Group brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy and proactively approach all recruitment and selection initiatives and processes
- Support key states in Australia and across New Zealand, across all five brands; Country Road, Witchery, Trenery, Politix and MIMCO
- Management of high volume recruitment, ensuring the delivery of agreed SLAs
- Collaborate and partner closely with stakeholders to attract and retain key talent
- Drive proactive and creative sourcing strategies to attract key talent
- Build and maintain a talent pool in core and critical areas and identify and understand the key challenges across these areas
- Work across numerous Talent Acquisition and HR projects within CRG, focused on driving efficiencies and elevating the recruitment process for all brands
KEY SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience preferably in high volume recruitment within fast paced environments
- Proven success delivering end to end recruitment while delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- Experience utilising HRIS, ATS/AMS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Proactive and collaborative in your way of thinking in order to drive solution orientated outcomes
- High level interpersonal and communications skills, strong internal and external stakeholder management and engagement capability with the ability to build, develop and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
- The ability to work across a broad range of talent projects as well as demonstrating a commitment to efficient ways of working
- Strong attention to detail, organised and process driven
