Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven talent manager to join our team. Ideally the applicant will have an avid interest in social media and the digital space, a strong network of contacts and the drive to identify and cultivate meaningful partnerships between influencers and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with TCC talent
- Establish and foster strong client relationships
- Manage incoming job requests
- Provide strategic direction to talent
- Attend talent events/jobs
- Identify and recruit new talent
- Think ‘outside the square’ in regards to identifying opportunities for talent
- Pitch and oversee PR opportunities
- Contract review
- Reporting
- Manage junior team members
- Maintain and update client contact lists and internal documents
- Oversee internal social media content plans
- Oversee company website
- Oversee EDM distribution to client list
- Assist in managing business financials
