We’re now seeking a Team Leader (Store in Charge) for our LOEWE boutique in David Jones Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing leadership to the store team including recruitment, coaching, training and performance management
- Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising
- Customer Relationship Management – managing our customer database, and driving appointment bookings
- Identify ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention
- Ensure effective two way communication to ensure team members are engaged and knowledgeable
- Attractive commission and incentives, including staff discounts and travel allowance
KEY SKILLS
- Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff
- Previous experience leading a team to drive business outcomes
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
