Role Description
We are one of Australia’s best known model agencies, managing some of Australia’s most successful models within Australia and overseas.
We seek a highly motivated person who may or may not have had experience in the industry but is willing to apply themselves to learn the skills needed to work with a dynamic team in fashion. The successful applicant must demonstrate a love of fashion, be well informed on all aspects of the industry, is well organised, a team player and has a keen eye for graphics and design.
Key Responsibilities
May include but not limited to the following:
- Organising of test shoots for new models.
- Communicate schedules with talent.
- Co-ordinate blockouts, appointments and direct bookings with interstate agencies.
- Chasing images from clients for jobs.
- Collating tearsheets (ecommerce, instagram, EDMS etc) and filing appropriately for tear sheet purposes.
- Keeping data up to date.
- Putting together content for EDMS/Mailouts across main board and new faces for consultation with team.
- Keeping Mailchimp database up to date and relevant for marketing purposes.
- Putting together content for social media for consultation with other team members.
- Staying in touch with talent for portfolio updates (both physical and PDF).
- Must demonstrate a friendly front of house presence.
- Communicating with talent.
- Managing model accommodation when required.
- Content creation for agency marketing and social media (videos & stills) + arranging talent to come in for marketing videos or content.
- Assisting with scouting, both in person and on social media.
- Responding to messages on the Chic Management Instagram.
