Role Description
This role will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality final artwork across multiple formats. From print to digital, your eye for detail will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our creative output across all our channels and retailer partnerships globally. Wider design experience is favourable to support and assist the team with brand led asset requests when required.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma to create flawless final artworks. You have an impeccable eye for detail; you instinctively spot minor inconsistencies or misalignments and always correct them.
- Your understanding of retail and beauty industry standards is evident in your work, you know what makes compelling visual merchandising and how to translate brand aesthetics across packaging, campaigns and new launches while maintaining brand consistency.
- Video editing and/or motion graphics experience not essential, however an interest in this area and a willingness to develop skills would be advantageous.
- You thrive in environments that require nimbleness and flexibility, quickly adapting to changing project needs and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Final Artwork: You’ll oversee the creation of final artwork files, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project specifications for both print and digital campaigns as well as packaging (product and PR) and visual merchandising requirements.
- Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the Head of Design and the design team to ensure a seamless delivery of the final creative product and support with brand led content creation.
- Quality Assurance: You’ll ensure that all files are created with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring design integrity from concept to completion.
- Project Management: You’ll manage multiple projects at once, prioritising your workload to ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: You’ll liaise with internal teams providing updates and solutions to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in compliance with expectations.Asset Production: You’ll work with brand photography and ecomm product imagery, preparing them for various applications from visual merchandising displays to e-commerce platforms and seasonal campaign materials. Some retouching may be required.
