Role Description
As the Social Media Content Coordinator at Ultra Violette, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating and managing content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You’ll support the planning, execution, and reporting of social content, ensuring our brand stays ahead of trends and continues to engage our audience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about beauty, trends and social media – ready to learn, experiment, and make an impact.

WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, or experience with a personal TikTok account.
- A demonstrated history of working with brands and/or personal channels – including ideating, shooting, editing and posting content end to end.
- Demonstrated channel growth across TikTok and Meta platforms.
- Good sense of humour, understand and replicate the brand tone of voice.
- Able to tap into trends quickly and effortlessly with linkages to brand.
- Strong understanding of the global influencer landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, produce, edit and feature in social-first content for Ultra Violette’s organic and paid social media channels, with a key focus on TikTok.
- Manage and maintain the Ultra Violette content calendar.
- Working with the Global Social Media Manager to review, analyse and report on the performance of social media content, using data and insights to make informed decisions and improvements. Share these insights with the wider team to optimise future content strategies.
- End to end ownership of posting and scheduling of all content across all social media channels.
- Collaborate and work well with the wider business including founders, marketing, design, education and product development teams.
- Manage the sourcing and briefing of UGC creators for paid & organic content.
- Assist in the influencer relations & seeding for Ultra Violette.
